Stroll around his domain and wander through the gardens, which offer an original contemporary representation of the historical remains and innovative teachings of Olivier de Serres. The visit of the museum and the farm are the opportunity to discover the history of the terroir of Southern Ardèche. Wine tourism tours are available in July and August.

From November 1rst to April 30th: open on Thursdays (1.30 pm to 5 pm)
From May 1rst to June 30th and from September 1rst to October 31rst: open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (1.15 pm - 5 pm)

Closed 2 weeks at the end of the year.
