Beautiful view at the terrace-garden and at the forested hills of the Blajoux valley, reconstructed for those who enjoy old farmhouses and the charme of the south of France. Living space approx. 55 sq.m (livingroom 30, bedroom 10, galeria 10, bathroom 5 sq.m). Cosy woodstove, the house is easy to heat, well insolated; fully equiped kitchen area with dishwasher and laundry machine, TV and DVD player. The jewel of the house is the beautiful terrace, 30 sq.m, with a direct view at the rich nature of the Southern Ardèche. Approx. 300 sq.m of terraced garden - directly connected to the house, beyond some old fruit trees are fully at your proposal. Just behind the house a spring with quality drinking water catches your eye and your ears. It starts a little stream passing through your garden into the direction of the Blajoux river down in the valley.
