This gîte is located in the Moulin de Lande property. It has been renovated in a traditional Ardèche style, with a terrace and barbecue facing the garden. It is close to the river and it offers large private areas and a private beach.
The Moulin de Lande is located along the river Lande: you will find our private beach (sand!). You will also find in our estate a large swimming pool of 5 by 12 meters.
We offer shaded terraces, vineyards, a sauna + spa, a pizza oven, a playground for children and a ping pong table.
We are located in a small calm valley surrounded by nature. But we are also really close from the places of interest of Ardèche : the Gorges, the Pont d'Arc Cave, caves like the Aven d'Orgnac, Cocalière, rivers, medieval villages, markets, ...etc.
The baker passes three times a week. Restaurants are only a few kilometers away.
The Ardèche and the surroundings of the Moulin de Lande are ideal places to enjoy outdoor sports such as hiking, canyoning, canoeing, mountain biking or cycling.
