Le gîte du Moulin is located in the Moulin de Lande property, next to the river. Barbecue and garden furniture on the roofed terrace. View on the garden and on the river.
The Moulin de Lande is located along the river Lande: you will find our private beach (sand!). You will also find in our estate a large swimming pool of 5 by 12 meters.
We offer shaded terraces, vineyards, a sauna + spa, a pizza oven, a playground for children and a ping pong table.
We are located in a small calm valley surrounded by nature. But we are also really close from the places of interest of Ardèche : the Gorges, the Pont d'Arc Cave, caves like the Aven d'Orgnac, Cocalière, rivers, medieval villages, markets, ...etc.
The baker passes three times a week. Restaurants are only a few kilometers away.
The Ardèche and the surroundings of the Moulin de Lande are ideal places to enjoy outdoor sports such as hiking, canyoning, canoeing, mountain biking or cycling.
